Tapan Trivedi grew up in India . After becoming an engineer and an MBA to fulfill his parents dreams he came to USA like all good Gujjus aspire to. Somewhere between his consulting career and his efforts to remain sane he discovered standup comedy. Addicted to laughter he kept plugging on till he was a Finalist in the Funniest Person in Houston Competition. Since then he has performed with comedians like Russell Peters,Dave Attell,Tom Rhodes, John Witherspoon, Ralphie Mae and Lahna Turner. Constantly on the road winning audiences with his brilliant writing and hillarious observations of life in the USA as an East Indian immigrant , he still finds time for television commercials, radio and movie performances. Hollywood is taking notice of this young comic and you can see him on The Comedy Slam with Russell Peters on Showtime Networks in September.
Hasan Minhaj is an up and coming comedian from Sacramento, CA. He recently performed on the Virgin Comedy Tour alongside Harvin Sethi, Dan Nainan, and Gerry Bednob of the 40 Year Old Virgin.
